ECC Application Question

Hello, everybody!

I looked in the memories and didn't see anything about this, so I figured I might as well ask. I recently sent in the online application form to the Toronto office of ECC. They say on their website to expect a response within twelve calendar days if your application was successful (in which case they invite you to a recruitment session), but it's nearing the end of that deadline for me and I suppose I'm wondering whether I should a) just wait a bit longer or b) give up all hope. Are they usually punctual? Has anyone had experience with their application process either way?

my request for interview took about a week to come back (this was back in march), but the actual job offer came at the very last second they said it would, so i wouldn't sweat it yet if i were you.

Thank you. :) I'm just nervous because it's reaching, erm, day eleven of the "twelve calendar days" and I'm starting to wonder if my application sucked or they just didn't get it (I really distrust online forms) or whatnot, so thanks for the info!

don't be shy to follow up to just make sure they recieved the app if you don't hear anything by monday. good luck!

Yeah, mine did arrive, but it was a few days past the deadline. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thank you. :) I just didn't know if it was the sort of thing where you ought to give up hope if you don't hear in the first couple of days or if it's better just to wait, and since I'm at day 12/12, I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

I got mine after about a week. They were pretty punctual with everything.
